Partner Program
Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the PERFUME-SCENTRE Partner Program! These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation as an affiliate in our program. By joining, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1Eligibility
To be eligible for the PERFUME-SCENTRE Partner Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Successfully complete your first wholesale purchase with PERFUME-SCENTRE (minimum 12 perfumes, 50ml each). This purchase automatically qualifies you for the affiliate program.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2The Partner Program: Dual Income Opportunity
As a PERFUME-SCENTRE Partner, you benefit from two income streams:
Direct Sales Profit
You purchase our premium refill perfumes at an exclusive wholesale rate of Ksh 8 per ml and then resell them to your customers at your desired retail price.
Referral Commissions
You earn a commission on sales generated by new wholesale clients you refer to PERFUME-SCENTRE through your unique affiliate link/code.
3Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Honest Promotion
Promote PERFUME-SCENTRE products and the Partner Program in an ethical and lawful manner. You must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices.
Accurate Information
Ensure all information you provide about PERFUME-SCENTRE products, pricing, and the Partner Program is accurate and up-to-date.
Proper Use of Materials
Use only approved marketing materials provided by PERFUME-SCENTRE. Do not modify our logos, images, or branding without explicit written consent.
No Spam
Refrain from sending unsolicited emails (spam) or engaging in any other form of mass unsolicited communication.
Compliance
Adhere to all applicable anti-spam laws, data protection regulations, and consumer protection laws.
Client Retention
It is your responsibility to maintain and motivate your current referred clientele network to make repeat purchases. Your passive income grows through their ongoing orders.
4Commission Structure and Payments
Commission Rate
You will earn a 6.25% commission on the net sales value of all qualifying purchases made by new wholesale clients you successfully refer to PERFUME-SCENTRE.
Qualifying Purchases
Commissions are calculated only on the value of actual perfume volume purchased. Empty bottles do not count during commission calculations as they are sold at cost.
Tracking
Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link/code. Commissions are paid only on sales that are successfully processed, fulfilled, and not subject to returns or refunds.
Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid weekly, every Friday, provided your accumulated balance is above Ksh 1,000.
Payment Method
Payments will be made via Bank Transfer or M-Pesa as per the details you provide in your Partner Dashboard.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the commissions you earn.
5Affiliate Dashboard
Upon qualification, you will receive access to your personal Partner Dashboard. This dashboard will provide:
6Termination
By You:
You may terminate your participation in the Partner Program at any time by notifying PERFUME-SCENTRE in writing.
By PERFUME-SCENTRE:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program, and withhold unpaid commissions, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:
- • Violated any terms of this Agreement
- • Engaged in fraudulent activity
- • Used any unauthorized or inappropriate promotional methods
- • Breached any applicable laws or regulations
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of PERFUME-SCENTRE's branding and marketing materials. Any commissions earned legitimately before the date of termination will be paid out according to the standard schedule, provided no terms were violated leading to forfeiture.
7Intellectual Property
All PERFUME-SCENTRE trademarks, logos, website content, and marketing materials are the sole property of PERFUME-SCENTRE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting PERFUME-SCENTRE as an affiliate in accordance with this Agreement.
8Limitation of Liability
PERFUME-SCENTRE will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Partner Program. Our total liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to you over the preceding twelve (12) months.
9Modification of Terms
PERFUME-SCENTRE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through your Partner Dashboard. Your continued participation in the program after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
10Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
By proceeding with your first wholesale purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these PERFUME-SCENTRE Partner Program Terms and Conditions.
